Installment was pretty self-explanatory and easy. I don’t know every chair is like mine, but I had to finagle the back cushion to the chair itself because the holes for the screws were kinda wonky haha screw and unloose as you go and it should be fine. Recommend this chair and buying from this seller, transaction was easy peasy!!

Seller asked me to wait 2 months for a part which would have meant a void warranty. After two weeks of conversation they sent me a full replacement chair. Don't let them make you wait. They might be trying to stall, void the warranty, and leave you hanging. Let them know you are willing to do a return through eBay instead of their solutions. Ask for tracking information if they say they will send you parts.
