      Poor packaging. Deceptive seller. Toilet seat not as described and clearly has deep scratches from dog claws drinking out of this toilet. When reported, seller implied the seat wasn’t what they shipped and I ultimately returned it. Seller has relisted seat as not having excessive wear, but here was their response to my pictures of it: “ The scratches shown seem to be almost impossible for us to miss, and we would never ship something with damage that extreme.” but it’s back for sale? For shame!

      Packaging was adequate to protect the item while reducing costs. Upon return, the buyer-stated scratches were hard to see under normal light, and could not be seen with lid of this 30 year old seat down. Buyer exaggerated extent of damage, calling seat unusable, called for 70% discount. Through professional and cordial communication by both parties (contrasted with extreme negativity of review), we asked for proof, then wished it returned. This seat has been purchased and accepted without issue.
