Brought it into the shop, cost me $60 for them to tell me it needed new drivers, which could only be downloaded if the machine was upgraded to windows 7. We need the xp os, not windows 7. Tried contacting the seller twice, they never responded.

Once dispatched to FedEx, the monitor made its way here pretty quickly and was decently packaged for a CRT. The photos were just as described but I did notice some phosphor damage on the CRT - but that is expected with age.
