Everything was dead, the case eventually took a charge, but the ear buds never did anything. In addition to the item being non-functional, the seller took days to actually ship the item. I do not recommend purchasing from this seller, the seller does not do refunds or returns.

I ordered on the 7th, shipping label was created the 12th and it was shipped on the 18th or 19th I then received the item today on the 24th. So overall good experience with the seller.
