    I received two tubes of lipstick. One was fine and one damaged (crushed) and did not twist up. It was mailed in a plastic bag and not a box with padding. I've made two attempts to contact the seller on 04/30/2025 and 05/02/2025 with no response.I was happy to send the seller a picture, return it, or asked if it could it be replaced. I've never had this experience with eBay before and would not recommend this seller.

    Love the color

    I bought GoGoGreen and Green Envy, they are essentially the same color. I was hoping the GGG was a more kelly color but both are kind of greenish-olive on my dark brown lashes. But I love the color with my eyes. The mascara was new and unopened but as it is a retired color it was old and clumpy. I solved this by soaking the tube in hot water then dipping the wand in the water and swirling in the tube. It is now a good consistency and goes on well.

    Dried Up

    The product was dried up and unusable. Tried adding water, but didn't make the mascara thick and creamy as it should be. Had to throw away. Very disappointed.
