      Shipping was fair. Packaging was poor. Balled up office paper doesn’t provide sufficient protection against thrashing & the heavy blows mailed boxes are subjected too. Upon opening, I found the fan blower cap snapped off. Had the box been properly secured ie wrapped in bubble wrap etc., this would have been avoided. What happens to a package after a seller ships it is not their fault, yet, proper packaging is. Price was fair, car was not received as described due to Poor packaging. A minus.
