I paid & then I was doubting if tennis balls inside the can Seller did not want to confirm that tennis balls are inside. I asked to wait w/shipping for 2 days till I'll receive response from manufacturer about contant of can,or ship it if he doesn't want to wait. He refunded. I told the buyer politely that I would simply refund them immediately, but I cannot delay shipments as per eBay policy. I explained to the buyer that eBay requires that I ship immediately, or I will get a strike against my account for a late shipment. I called eBay about this issue immediately. eBay advised me to cancel the sale as buyer asked me to violate eBay policy.
