After contacting the seller my item was not moving through the system as described they immediately made sure this was addressed and contacted me with a description of why this was so, and my package arrived on time. I ordered on the 7th, shipping label was created the 12th and it was shipped on the 18th or 19th I then received the item today on the 24th. So overall good experience with the seller.
