    a very hefty blade

    ok so this is a really beefy knife if your looking for a sleek bone handled skinner this aint it, but if you want a knike with a serious heft and capable of bushcraft service , check out this blade, The handle was a little rougher than expected but it does fit my hands well and is easy to get a good grip on. The sheath leaves a great deal to be desired still once again a fully functional design, just not my cup of tea.A leather hand made job is in the near future. It came razer keen just the lightes tension peeled off all the hair on my arm at point of contact, and the diamond sharpener put a sharp edge on my daily carry knife in just a few strokes, I haven't tried the fire starter might not ever so no comment from me on that. If weight is a issue this is a heavy knife but if durability ...
