    I have no issue with the product. The item was as described, and the seller had good communication. With that out of the way, the packaging was the WORST I've ever seen. The box barely fit the item (pictures attached) and there was absolutely NO PACKAGING MATERIAL at all to protect the item during shipment. The makeshift box was too small to accommodate any packaging material. I'm astonished that the heavy item arrived in 1 piece, much less actually still functions.

    have not installed it yet so I can not make any statement as to this one's performance how ever the brand in general is of the highest quality and performance I say this with 30 years of experience using the product even if its used.
