    This seller was the least helpful seller I’ve ever encountered on eBay. I ordered this well in advance for Christmas. They had my address correctly both from PayPal and from my account I confirmed that my address was correct with their shipping company. I confirmed my address with the seller. I was then told not only will my shoes not arrive for Christmas, but they will not be sold to me at all. I was issued a refund instead of being contacted about how we could resolve this issue.

    BEWARE of the integrity of this seller! They seem to believe trash can be disguised as a treasure! NOT SO!. This style of Birkenstock is the only shoe I wear due to foot issues.I only buy direct.but the price offered for a NEW pair persuaded me to try eBay.This seller sent me a USED pair advertised as NEW!
