      Good shipping. Adequate packaging. Not as described. Wrong product sent due to incorrect listing part number. Seller tried to enforce no return policy despite it being a seller error; contrary to eBay policy. Requested help through eBay and Seller did'nt communicate any further with me. Summary: I've encountered Seller errors before, generally not a problem to resolve, but when the Seller does'nt acknowledge, it becomes a grievance.

      Seller shipped the item right after my purchase, which was great but not sure if he knew the Canadian Post office would go on strike that particular day. Never got an email about it but 1.5 month later, package is still traveling. Shipping costs were way too high but I get it that it has been all over: Calgary, spent over a month in Toronto, Vancouver, Los Angeles and hopefully will make it to Seattle some day.
