    I am often too lazy to leave Ebay reviews but this time I feel compelled to do so. I ordered this part to repair my ice maker, it was shipped quickly and packaged properly but somehow UPS still found a way to crush the box which I thought caused damage to the unit. I reached out to the seller to tell him about this and instead of debating me he actually walked me through exactly how to install it in my freezer, along with diagnostic directions and service info and did this all on a Sunday.
