      Items arrived broken in a garbage bag that was in a large box. Pieces were missing that were pictured in the listing. Seller suggested I be ok with it because it was a good price. After going back and forth trying to get the missing part, the seller saying they had it, then that they didn't, then they did and were sending it, then didn't again...it was insanity. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

      The Lego set was shipped built so the plastic bag was to ensure that no pieces got lost if they came off in shipping. The buyer did find that there was a missing piece and I worked to find that piece and send it to them. There was some communication with the buyer as I had to purchase the missing piece from another seller and the process took longer than expected. They now have a complete set.
