      I only buy products based in the U.S. and that's what I select every time I make a purchase. This seller is a drop shipper, claims to have product in the country, but it really is in China. My neutral review is because even though I'm not happy with the fact that the product didn't arrive at all, as it got stuck in customs, the seller did contact me, explained the situation and refunded my money.
