    not effective,YET

    After a week plus use, there has been no effect from this supplement. I know this product is NOT regulated and who know what it contains or how little melatonin is in it. I plan to try & return it????

    needs to be a little stronger

    I truly think it would do better if the first dose is 5mg and the 2nd time released dose be 3mg. I believe it would be a more effective product.
