        Wow....just awesome!

        Any serious bible student needs a physical copy of this set in order to form a understanding of what the accepted norm was concerning the practices of devout Judaism of the New Testament era. How wonderful it is to rightly divide the previous Word when having the advantages of putting passages in their correct context. Studying to grasp the historical birds eye view and very thorough exegesis on the gathered opinions of why the subjects of the world of Jesus' day responded the way they did and how the various sects of opinions formed is most eye opening and inclusive of getting a snippet of what foundational teachings some of characters and authors of the bible were indoctrinated with. What did the most prized people of the most high think about Jesus? What exactly was the common position ...

        Babylonian Talmud (Gemara) are the Commentaries on the Mishna, the codified Jewish law from the Torah

        These books were under described. They appear brand new. I acquired them to read the commentaries regarding Jewish law and the intersection with secular law, as I am an attorney. They are simply wonderful. Kudos to the seller, who stated the proceeds would go to charity. That is a good deed in my book.
