    The item is old stock ( which was clearly listed and described), manufacturing plastic box is damaged, but the actual clarifier is in new condition. I don't care about plastic package, it's not for gift. Price is pretty good for this brand and the item condition. Delivery was fast. But my concern was that it was shipped in a thin plastic bag without any packing material and it could be damage the quartz glass inside. But everything was good and I am satisfied.

    Happy with our new clock-it is exacltly as described. The only thing i would suggest is when packing to wrap up the box better-it is a thin original box (not a shipping hard cardboard ) and it is being thrown by multiple couriers through a network of towns and airports- even cardboard inside caved in a bit when we received it, but the clock seems to be working. I prayed the case and mechanism would not get damaged. Thankfully, they made it safe to Canada.

    SoftClose is the Way to Go! No more slam noise. Easy Installation.

    Super easy to install. It took me about 10 minutes (plus toilet cleaning time). I was able to install it before anyone got home. The "soft close" feature is FANTASTIC! Now, no one has to wake up in the middle of the night when someone uses the toilet. It is a clean, crisp design. The cover is also plastic, not the cushion cover seen on some toilet seat covers. This one is smooth and easy to clean. We ordered the Cotton White - It was perfect match for our Toto toilet. We are VERY pleased.

    Not a Fan

    I wanted a seat that perfectly fit my new Toto Drake toilet. This one does that. But I personally don't see the point of the soft close feature. I'm 72 years of age and have never found an issue with having to close my own toilet seat. That aside, although the seat is about as comfortable as most toilet seats, the quality is lacking. It attaches firmly to the toilet with the provided hardware but due to excessive clearance in the hinges it wobbles back and forth as if it is loose. My wife has asked me more than once if there is a way it can be tightened. I will be changing it out when I find one with the same dimensions and shape as the toilet.
