      The headset was brand new in the box as promised, still had the stickers. What I DIDN'T know was that the internal software of the headset was outdated. After scouring forums and videos for about 2 hours, I was finally able to update the headset to connect to my Xbox. Can't be too mad, I got an expensive brand-new headset for a steal. I was just frustrated at the software which would have nothing to do with the seller, but it is something to take notice.
