      The item wasn't exactly as described (2x8gb instead of 2x16gb), but when I reached out they gave me a full refund and told me I didn't need to send it back. That is honestly extremely good customer service. I did not expect that. I was laid off six months ago, so even though it's not what I had hoped to receive, I will use it now that I don't need to return it.       A solid, analog radio.

      The unit arrived with noisy switches but they were pretty easily repaired by spraying them with CCl4. (Carbon tetrachloride) The controls are a bit confusing to use. So far, no short wave reception has been found. A good feature of the Grundig is that it is mostly analog operated. No soft-touch controls. Just knobs and switches, making it way easier to use than the new programmable, soft-touch control systems.
