      Lovely plate, well packed and just as described, but the delivery company was very poor. First said they were coming on Thursday; I waited all day; they didn't come. Then they said they'd come on Friday; they didn't. The box was finally delivered today (Monday) but they barely touched the bell and didn't wait for me to get to the door. When I opened it, they had gone and the box was left outside. The seller says it was despatched last Monday, which means it took a whole week to get here.
