I checked the descriptions and it only said Small. I did see that there was a photo of the measurements but unfortunately I did not look closely enough. I just assumed it was a Regular Small. I realize this is my mistake of overlooking the specific measurements, and since seller doesn’t accept returns, I have no recourse. However I feel that better written description in the future would be helpful.
