Seller communication was excellent, they went the extra mile of contacting USPS, opening an investigation, and sharing with me the results of that contact, which is something I've not seen in almost 25 years on eBay. Once my game arrived, it was well packed and the condition was absolutely stunning. It was described as Pristine and Mint+ and if anything that was underselling it, better than many new games still in the shrink wrap.
