      Its Ok but has inappropriate content for children

      Did not do good research before purchasing. This series not as biblically accurate as one would hope. Certain storylines and narratives are off base and some adult scenes not appropriate for children. You would have hoped you could release a preteen to watch this without concern but not the case for me. Not a Passion of Christ by far, but not as bad as the hollywood Noah movie version. 3 stars for just OK.

      BY far, the BEST movie ever about the Bible.

      This is by far, the best movie ever made about our GOD. The actors are so believable, you will forget that you are watching a movie. This movie details the most important parts of the New and old testament and it is very hard not to keep putting in the next dvd, You will definitely try to watch all of it in one setting. When Jesus shows up in Jordan, you will probably agree that the actor portraying him will grab hold of your heart immediately. I have purchased this movie 5 times now, gave a couple away, and donated one to my church.

      Great Portrayal of the Bible

      Well done portrayal of the old and new testament. The actors are top notch. There is plenty of action and drama to keep you entertained. The actor playing Jesus does a great job and shows a gentler and kinder side of the savior. The ending is tragic and intense but this is what makes it so memorable!
