    Pleased with it.

    Glad I paid the extra for a versatile tool. Took a bit of fiddling (no instructions) to work out how to reverse the ratchet action - by pinching/pulling up the spring-loaded black ring on top side, & rotating it. Probably not an easy thing to do with cold stiff wet hands. I bought it for a motorcycle travel tool kit.

    Excellent quality. Ratchet goes one way regardless of the direction the handle is rotated . The ratchet is also quick release. All in all a very nice little tool

    Old model good, new model rubbish.

    This is the incorrect photo of the ratchet. The photo is the old long lasting model, the model you have sent does not last for long before not working.
