    Item listed to fit size 7.5 is incorrect. I purchased one for my wife who is 7.5. Seller has totally ignored my request for a replacement or refund. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from him.

    The buyer received Bottega Veneta size 37.5 as listed. Buyer requested a replacement for another size that "fits", and quickly initiated a return request based on "not fitting". Seller had to deny the return request because the listing clearly requires that buyer know their Bottega Veneta sizing prior to purchasing because all sales are final. Seller has no way to know what "fits" the buyer.
