If I tighten the side screws any more, I will strip the threads. The lens are too heavy for the visor. So my "glasses/view" keeps slowly dropping down to my nose, where it then fogs the lens. This brand's head band is cheaply made. I will transfer this lens to my original visor. At least the lens is compatible. It's cheaper than buying a replacement lens for the original.

No tint to it. However, assuming it has some sort of coating, it's just as described. It is now in a mini-lightweight 3D printed guide scope for astrophotography.
