- n***n (780)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchasegreat service but Thailand customs wouldn't release it as they said it's a restricted item, then they asked "whats in the box" so they held it and didn't know what it was! UPS Bangkok head office and the office where the part was located never answered the phone or helped us then we gave up, plus they said we have to go to Bangkok to sort this out and we are in Chiang Mai, 1 hour flight. But Delkevic did a great job on their side. So, don't use UPS for Thailand.

My only issue is the silicone seal tube that was in a small red box was loose and bouncing around inside the box. You may want to tape it down to something solid inside.
