- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseFast shipping. Kit appears complete. The ICs and other semiconductors are there and inductors are there as are the pots and knobs and switches. Case will work fine. The SA602 is SMT but gives plenty of space to solder it. I recommend rosin paste and solder .paste and solder wick for the SA602. A heat gun shouldn't be required. A small tip on your solder station will be fine. Just be careful for all the normal reasons.

Assembly by Intemidiate or expert as there is no step by step instructions, or manual, only parts list, schematic, and reference to placment of parts. Some left over caps and resistors on mine. Needed to get 3 resistors as correct value was not included (may have been color confusion when packing kit. 3rd band red vs orange). Aviation band in US is VHF, description says UHF. Overall satidfied with purchase.
