    The quality of the item is okay. Condition is just as described, it's in brand new condition. The value isn't the best though but good. The mic works and the sound feels like it is a little louder on the right than left or it could just be me. But the headset does have an adjustable volume switch to lower the volume but the maximum isn't too high so you would need to increase the volume using your laptop or computer. The appearance is also good. Overall it's a good headset. Great seller.
