As others have said, this is the way to go for replacement Herman Miller arm pads. The pads I got looked far nicer than the ones in the posting. They fit perfectly and are comfortable. I am so glad I did not buy the Chinese fakes so many other sellers are pawning off. They are also the correct size, unlike the faked. And the packing was top notch.

The description says scratched, but I have to look very closely in bright light to tell these aren't both perfect. I had replaced the originals with the cheap ones less than a year ago and they just didn't last. I absolutely recommend this route to anyone like me who loves their aged Aeron and knows it can continue to serve for many years to come, just needs a new arm pad :)

This would be my only feedback for seller, package the chair better. It was shipped and arrived with a missing bolt. The item arrived in the original factory packaging that Dayton (a Grainger company) uses and although the factory attempts to pack the item well, with nylon zip ties and solid foam block protection, the cardboard box is simply not rugged enough to ship this kind of heavy item IMHO.
