    Like store bought jerky

    I use this with ground meat to make jerky in my dehydrator. Excellent quality results, very good flavor. Premix the cure and the flavor packets together before sprinkling over the meat and mix well, let it set for an hour and then get it int the dehydrator. I have used this on wild game (elk) which has tougher collagens in the meat and so a liberal dose of meat tenderizer along with the flavor helps make it a little more tender to chew. Great product, this is about my 4th order.....

    Best jerky cure on the market.

    There is no other jerky spice mix made that beats the ease of use and the flavor of this one. You want a more pronounced flavor? Just let it marinate longer. I marinate my thin sliced beef at least 12 hours; longer for more flavor. I've tried many of the flavors from Nesco and haven't found one yet that I did not like. Friends and family are constantly asking me to make more.
