    I had my gall bladder removed some 30 years ago. A couple of months ago I came across an article that explained what your gall bladder does and why you need it. It stores up excess bile so that your body has it available when you eat. It's released to help your intestines brake down foods in the intestines. For years I had problems with very loose stool and always wondered why, even when I didn't eat greasy foods. I started taking this a couple of weeks ago and have noticed an improvement in my bowel moving. I started taking one with each meal and now only take one with breakfast and one with dinner. I'm an large male, however if you are a women you may want to try the 250mg's rather then the 500mgs sense they seem to be fairly strong. Without bile you body can not properly digest ...

    Best Quality Product for No Gallbladder

    Love this and Must Have for No Gallbladder. When you remove your Gallbladder your Bile is no longer working right. So when you take Bile Salt or Ox Bile it helps your body digest Fats, and Fat Soluble Vitamins. It also helps with constipation or diarrhea which people have after they remove their Gallbladder, either way it balances your digestion an helps to balance your digestion. There are two strengths in mg available from this brand. For some people the 500mg is too strong, and have to buy the 125mg but for me 500mg is Perfect.     Small but mighty

    I've read complaints made by reviewers that the product is much too strong. They say they buy 400 mg supplements. I never buy more than 125 and take more or less as needed. So long as I get the dosage titrated to what my body needs, I have no problems, though I had my gall bladder removed as a young woman.

    Ox bile SUPPLEMENT

    At first I didn't think it was going to work for me so, I just kept taking it it it finally worked cuz I finally used the restroom. But, still bloated. I don't have a gallbladder anymore, it's been like 15 yrs or so. So now it's affecting my digestive system. Hopefully it works more often.
