    Perfect fit!

    Fits 2008 Ford Taurus X. The old blend actuator was driving me nuts with the clicking noises. This part was so easy to install and it saved me money. The area behind the glovebox in a Taurus X was very accessible. Just squeeze each end of the glove box compartment inward and glovebox should come down. Behind it you'll see the old part that needs replacing. It took just 10 minutes to take out old part and install new one.

    Yup

    The blend door actuator on my '12 Explorer failed so this was needed to take its place with winter coming up. The part itself is fine, fairly simple operation. But getting to the part buried behind the glove box...that can go sit on a cactus.
