      Only one that works for me

      While EXTREMELY pricey, this is the only concoction that works for me. Sometimes I get overnight relief but usually it takes a couple of days. You have to stick with it and keep the hemmies covered or it won't work as well. It works best when applied at the first slightest hint of a flareup. Once a flareup is in "full bloom", it will take longer for them to go away - maybe up to 2 weeks. Is it a good value at around $30? When you're in pain and you know it will work, I suppose it is. I wish there was a larger tube or volume discounts. However the small tube makes it easy to carry around. Just a little seems to work best as then you don't have oily stains in your pants that others can see. I am a repeat buyer and am throwing away all the other ineffective ointments.

      Worth the money for me

      It is a bit more expensive than the other brand but I have experienced real results from using this product. I have had less discomfort and general healing by using this product along with a change in my diet.

      Miracle in a tube

      I have suffered with anal fissures for a while now and my doctor prescribed a medication that did nothing but give me a very bad headache I only had two choices my doctor said surgery or keep using this medication there was no way I was going into surgery because the side effects were not to my liking so I dealt with the pain until I research and found Dr. Butler's hemorrhoid & fissure ointment in just one week of using this product I started feeling results less pain using it as directed I just couldn't believe that an over counter medication would give me the results I have I recommend this product to anyone that has tried everything and hasn't worked

      Not effective and make things more worst.
