    Described as opened but not used. Not true. In fact it shows evidence of much use...several scratches and marks to the screen which are very visible. Seller denied a replacement or refund and told me that I should buy a folio cover and screen protector to obscure the scratches. I did that but the scratches are still visible. You may be lucky but if you have a problem this seller will not help you. You will be stuck with a defective product. This seller is NOT RECOMMENDED.

    The buyer received a new unused item. He used the item and later reported a dust size spec off to the bottom of the screen and sought a refund or replacement. He did not read or respond to our messages. He declined to return the item. We did not direct him to buy a folio cover or screen protector. Either the buyer is confused or has confused the item with another. We do consistently try to please every-one, all the time.

    This is the response I received from the seller when I reported the faults and asked what solution they proposed... "In all fairness the issue you report falls well within the eBays condition definition. We will not issue a part or full refund on an item that falls within that definition(s). Thanks for your inquiry." "I honestly did not notice any scratches on the item before posting it. When you buy a folio cover for it, a screen protector is generally included which will mask the scratches"
