Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps. The seller said it was the yellow model. I received the black model. (note: other differences aside from color). The return was no hassle and every communication was positive with the seller.

    What A Great Product - Here's Why

    The Pros: Superb filter! The filtering process and method used when making coffee is not always easy to attain. Unless you have this type of filter. The paper works like a screen that only lets through the components of the hot coffee/water mixture that are desirable. Thus you get a coffee free of grounds or sediment. This filter removes oily components called diterpenes; these organic compounds, present in unfiltered coffee are known to be antimicrobial and anti inflammatory. Metal or nylon mesh filters do not remove these components. But they taste bad. This is why this exact type of paper filter was used on the NASA's Space Shuttle. It was used to feed a reagent into the CO2 scrubbers to reconstitute breathable air and again at the final stage as the clean air is released into ...

    Great product. Very good tasting coffee; best that i've had. The instructions are sparse, so one needs to experiment with how much coffee to use, with a specific amount of water. I am sending one as gift to my brother-in-law, who loves coffee. Recently purchased, so i do not know for how long the plunger will last.

    Fits perfectly

    These were the Aero-press brand, perfect fit. They were a lot less than other internet suppliers. And only $1 more than local, where I would have to drive 20 miles. Came in minimum packaging in a timely fashion.
