They eyed it suspiciously, then began their in-depth analysis, sniffing and batting at it cautiously. Then I activated the remote, and the toy lurched forward. Startled and terrified, they fled the room. That was half an hour ago. I took advantage of their absence to practice maneuvering the toy. And then I noticed they were watching from the doorway. I think they're pleased, but they don't know it yet.
