The plates are bolted to the bumper so they can't be lost and the box of bolts is bolted under that in a way that can't be lost. Plus lots of packaging to almost keep it safe from FedEx. Overall the welds look great, everything is lined up, I'm expecting an easy install. Stout bumper for a great price.
