However, the SIP Trunnions were rather disappointing inasmuch as: I had to file away a considerable amount of the shoulder that you hold with a spanner, to enable the trunnion to sit low enough for the cable to align with the hole. which was half obscured by the gear swivel. Also the copper cushions that are meant to protect the cable from being damaged by the grub screws were to large to fit into the trunnions and had to be sanded down to fit.
