I contacted the seller and they refused to sent a return label for me to return it for credit. Customer service is very poor and I am very disappointed in this transaction. I made multiple attempts to have this issue corrected with the seller and ended up having to get eBay involved to handle the issue.

The cartridges were not delivered in cardboard box, as pictured in the listing. Instead, the cartridges leaked black ink inside a soft pouch and all over my hand. I hope that when it's time to use these cartridges, that there will still be enough ink left to actually get some use from them.
