    I will NEVER buy from this seller again! Took over two weeks for my order to be shipped. Tried contacting the seller twice to find out when it was going to be shipped. Finally shipped it after contacting EBay customer service to complain. The seller NEVER communicated with me, not once. Finally received my order and how was it shipped? The two boxes were taped together and a label thrown on. No box for protection so they ended up getting damaged, unless they were shipped that way. Very unhappy!

    great features and cleans super good!

    This is a fantastic vacuum cleaner. The only reason I gave it a four star is because of the wheeled base. We have a good quality carpet that is a plush. The unit requires extra effort to pull it when using the hose. On hardwood and other smooth surfaces there is no problem as it easily rolls along. My husband swept today and he felt if the hose were longer it wouldn't be necessary to move the unit every three feet of sweeping. I was thinking that if the wheels were larger it wouldn't be as difficult to pull. Again, this is an excellent sweeper other than the difficulty in pulling the vacuum on carpet.

    Awesome vac

    The rainbow is nice and easy to use. Got it in a timely manner , I spoke a little too soon on this vacuum cleaner. It worked well for about ten uses, then I tried to clean carpet and sprayer did not work. Next to go down was the bowl, it was a little cracked when I got it but then the rim fell off and now the clamp to hold bowl on won't clamp, so I can't use this machine. I just wish it was before my 30 days was up, I would have sent it back but oh well. They said they would send replacement parts so I am waiting now 2 weeks no vacuum to use at the house until parts arrive.

    Rainbow vacuum cleaner - the only way to clean your home!

    I needed to get a new vacuum cleaner because the upright I had was a disappointment. The hose kept ripping and the canister spewed debris all over the place when I emptied it. I also have a family member who has serious respiratory problems and wanted something that would not aggravate health issues. I had read the reviews, both good and bad, about Rainbow vacuum cleaners, but liked the idea of a vacuum with a water filter. I was able to buy a Rainbow E series one speed on Ebay with most of the attachments. The price I paid was very reasonable. The machine and attachments were in excellent condition, and I was delighted with the results. It has powerful suction and smells very clean when I am using it.     Great machine

    It's great.i had one that I bought at a garage sale back in the early 90's.it was very old and it lasted about 15 yrs but I could not do the proper maintenance because the nut on the separater would not come off. So it died on me.This one is a few years old but it's all new to me and I Iove it I use it practically every day if just to clean the air. It has two speeds which makes it very quiet when I am putting my favorite scent in the air. I also love the fact that when you vaccum under a bed or your car u can always retrieve any valuables you didn't know you lost!

    Amazing

    I never realized how much dirt was being left behind by my Oreck vacuum until I bought the Rainbow. This is the most amazing vacuum I've ever used. The Rainbow has made all my house cleaning so much easier from vacuuming to dusting. I haven't used the carpet shampoo attachment yet but plan to do so soon. My husband and I actually have fun doing the housework now seeing how much muck and dog hair we can suck up into the water basin. It also works really well on low speed cleaning and freshening the air in the house when we are not using it to vacuum or dust. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to have a truly clean house.
