The nail guard stays in place when you cut and it shaves off just the perfect amount to not be excessive. I'm just beginning to learn how to do her nails myself, always took her to the vet or groomer, and I'm wanting to avoid cutting down to the quick. These will be the most helpful for that! Thank you!
