It’s a sturdy carrier, but it was my fault that it broke. I didn’t have the sides lined up evenly when I tried to latch it to store it. The box was pretty beat up upon delivery, but the carrier was in perfect shape, thank goodness. There wasn’t any bubble wrap or padding inside the box, so it was just luck it was okay.
