The seller offered five dollars back stating that the cost of shipping was high, and thus the reason why it was packaged in that box the way it was, I did inform the seller I know the cost of shipping for a box that size and it wasn’t what I paid. I was appalled by the offer of five dollars. If they don't agree with the offer to remedy with the problem, they could have just ask for something they feel fair.
