    Item pictured with straps. Received item without any. Messaged seller, 3 days passed before I got a response. I was told, essentially, whoopsie. Requested to exchange for the exact same item she still had as an active listing or the straps to be sent. The other listing was then immediately removed by this seller and I was given a refund the next day. Very disappointing, and seller not responding and acting shady was even worse. Would have really liked to have had this item in its entirety.
