Tub had plastic seal around lid but I think the top was a little open. Before bothering the seller I reached out to Absorene co. to see if this was normal. The young lady told me it wasnt and asked where I got it from. I said DTEP. She said that those were really great people at that company! And then took my info to send me a new tub. Supply chain perfection! Thank you
