The metal is thin and my new phone S24+ with case is heavy, so 1 disc didn't work well, but you get 2 discs, so I just attached the 2nd one on the back of the 1st. With the thicker disc area, my magnet was able to form a stronger grip and hold my phone as I desired. I am happy with the purchase.
