    I found this product to be very good. It helped me feel better in my body.     Have to take 6 caps

    Good experience with this Source Naturals Magnesium Malate

    Cured RESTLESS LEGS SYNDROME!!

    I was told this, Magnesium Malate (never heard of this type of magnesium) would help with restless leg syndrome. Well, after taking daily it for a week. No longer have the syndrome and can sleep well all night without the waking leg-jerking symptom!! I guess I was low on this type of magnesium! !
