This carburetor fit my older Poulan P3314 perfectly without any interference with the cover, which some other "direct replacements" had a problem with. With a few adjustments to the mixture screws, the chainsaw ran better than new. This chainsaw has never run properly since it was purchased new. Now it runs great. Note that you will need a splined adjustment tool to fine-tune the mixture screws.
